Responsibilities Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns using advanced tax preparation software Ensure all tax documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with federal, state, and local tax laws Assist clients with tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes Conduct detailed analysis of financial data using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage Maintain clear communication with clients regarding their tax obligations, documentation requirements, and reporting deadlines Support the team in managing tax reporting deadlines and filing schedules Stay updated on changes in tax law and regulations to provide accurate advice and ensure compliance Qualifications Proven experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on tax preparation or public accounting preferred Strong understanding of tax law, tax compliance procedures, and tax reporting requirements Proficiency with tax return preparation software and accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms Excellent analysis skills combined with attention to detail for handling complex financial data Effective client communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and professionally Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills including 10-key typing proficiency; familiarity with technical accounting concepts is a plus Join us as a Tax Associate to leverage your expertise in accounting and finance while helping clients navigate their tax responsibilities confidently.
