EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience a plus. Strong attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication with guests and team members. Clear decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to stay composed and objective in high-pressure situations.
