Tax Analyst Annual Salary:
$75,000-$100,000
Location:
West Palm Beach, Florida Schedule:
Monday-Friday in office 8-5pm

Tax Analyst:
Manage multi-state sales and use tax compliance processes, including filings, payments, and tax notices. Review, validate, and maintain customer and vendor exemption certificates. Reconcile tax accounts and support accurate general ledger reporting. Provide tax guidance to internal teams and assist with customer tax inquiries. Coordinate data collection and support external providers with tax return and reporting requirements. Assist with tax audits, registrations, account closures, and process improvement initiatives. Tax Analyst:
Bachelor's degree required. 3-5+ years of hands-on multi-state sales tax compliance experience in a corporate environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of current sales and use tax regulations. #ZRCFS #
