We are seeking an experienced Tax Senior/Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee tax compliance and planning for our clients, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations. This role involves providing guidance to junior staff, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our tax department. Key Responsibilities Manage and review tax returns and compliance for various clients.

Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients.

Supervise and mentor junior tax staff and interns.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax documents and compliance with regulations.

Stay updated on tax law changes and communicate implications to clients.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.

Prepare and review individuals (Form 1040 and 1041), Exempt Orgs (Form 990), partnerships (Form 1065), and corporations (Form 1120 and 1120-S) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation or JD/LLM a plus CPA license (or CPA eligibility and active pursuit).

Minimum 3+ years of public accounting tax experience.

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and partnership/corporate tax regulations.

Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and deliver high-quality work.

Experience preparing or reviewing Forms 1065 and/or 1120.

Excellent communication, analytical, and research skills. Preferred Experience Exposure to private company tax compliance and consulting.

Proven ability to mentor and lead junior staff.

Familiarity with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
