Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic District Staffing Lead to drive talent acquisition and staffing excellence across multiple locations within our organization. Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume staffing needs across multiple districts, including campus recruitment, external recruiting, and internal talent sourcing. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing techniques, and talent management software such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, and ATS platforms. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, provide consultation on employment law in talent management, and support workforce planning initiatives like succession planning and employee development. Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Oversee compliance with HR legal requirements including employment & labor law, HR systems standards, and employment law in talent management practices. Utilize research skills to identify new talent pools and stay updated on industry best practices for recruiting in diverse markets. Monitor recruitment metrics through HR systems to optimize sourcing channels, improve time-to-fill metrics, and enhance overall recruitment quality. Qualifications Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, high-volume recruitment, technical recruiting, and executive recruiting within a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation skills combined with exceptional communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively. Expertise in talent management software such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, or similar ATS platforms; familiarity with HR systems is essential. Knowledge of employment & labor law in talent management to ensure legal compliance throughout the recruitment process. Demonstrated ability in relationship management with internal teams and external partners including campus recruiters, staffing agencies, and community organizations. Experience in social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling for candidate sourcing, research techniques for market intelligence, and employee orientation & evaluation processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; strong organizational skills are a must. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred; relevant certifications such as SHRM or HRCI are a plus.
