A Tax Specialist is responsible for documenting all stages of the accounting cycle in order to prepare Federal, State and local tax returns. Will review data prior to preparing the returns, prepare and file returns and will also provide background documentation in case of an audit.

Managing Tax Principal Salary:
$175,000-$215,000 Base +Incentive Opportunity Location:

Managing Tax Principal:
- Transition and strengthen key client relationships from the outgoing principal.
- Lead tax planning, tax projections, financial analysis, and advisory engagements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to closely held, family-owned, and multigenerational businesses.
- Review complex tax matters and provide senior-level technical guidance.
- Partner with leadership to improve operations, client service delivery, and growth initiatives.
- Support the firm's technology evolution and AI-driven process improvements.
Tax & Financial Advisory:
- Active CPA license required.
- 15+ years of public accounting experience.
- Strong expertise in tax planning, business taxation, financial analysis, and client advisory services.
- Experience working with privately held businesses and family-owned companies.
