We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tax Associate with approximately three years' experience to join our small, client-focused CPA firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, contributing to a collaborative team, and building a long-term career in public accounting. Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, corporate, gift and estate tax returns
• Gather and review client tax information
• Communicate with clients to obtain required information and address questions
• Assist with tax research, planning and correspondence
• Identify potential tax issues and opportunities Qualifications
• Approximately three years of experience in tax preparation
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Working knowledge of Ultra Tax, Sure Prep, Caseware
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborative effectively with clients and team members What We Offer
