The location in Fort Mill, (South Carolina, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Analyst, US Tax. This job is full-time permanent. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of federal and state income tax returns, estimates and extensions. Support the preparation of the US annual tax provisions. Support the US Tax Manager with sales and use tax compliance and research, including taxability determinations, exemption certificate management, and audit support.
Assist with the review and resolution of state income tax notices. Support the Senior Tax Analyst in recording and tracking fixed assets for tax depreciation, state tax depreciation adjustments, tax gain/loss calculations, and E&P depreciation. Support the US Tax Manager with special projects as requested. Critical Competencies Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrates organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Demonstrates excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Demonstrates ability to work proficiently in a hybrid work environment. Required Qualifications/Professional Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 3+ years of corporate or public accounting tax experience with a focus on corporate tax compliance.
Knowledge of the US Tax Code and application of the Code in a corporate setting.
Advanced experience in Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools.
Experience utilizing tax technology for the compliance process. Preferred Qualifications/Professional Experience CPA certification.
Master's Degree in Accounting or Taxation. Proficiency with using OneSource Tax Provision and OneSource Income Tax applications. High level of demonstrated technical proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience using Longview Financial Reporting and SAP You will be required to successfully complete a selection process that could include interviews, an employment background check, a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, reference verifications, aptitude tests (for some positions), and a fitness-for-duty test (for some positions).
