Senior Tax Associate Distinct Recruitment - 4.5 Boca Raton, FL Job Details Full-time $80,000 - $100,000 a year 3 days ago Benefits Profit sharing Disability insurance Health insurance Unlimited paid time off Dental insurance 401(k) Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Life insurance Referral program Pet insurance Qualifications CPA Public accounting Corporate tax return preparation Accounting firm experience Full Job Description Senior Tax Associate | Boca Raton | $80,000 to $110,000 Want the name and resources of a Top 50 national firm, without feeling swallowed up by one? That's the appeal here. The Boca Raton office has around 20 people, so while you get the backing, benefits and progression of a larger firm, your day to day still feels close knit. Partners are accessible, people know each other, and you'll have proper visibility rather than disappearing into a huge team. The culture is a big part of the appeal. There's flexibility, an unlimited PTO approach, strong benefits and a genuine effort to make sure people have a life outside of work. The tax work is broad too. You'll work across HNW individuals, private clients, Partnerships and businesses in areas including real estate, construction and manufacturing. Think 1040s, corporate, Partnership, Trust and Estate work, with the chance to build your review experience and take on more client responsibility. They're open to someone who's already operating at Senior level, but they'd also be interested in someone who wants a clear route towards Tax Manager. Salary is $80,000 to $110,000 depending on experience. Benefits include competitive salaries, flexible work schedules, group health insurance, group life insurance, dental and vision insurance, short term and long term disability insurance, 401k and profit sharing plan, cafeteria plan, unlimited PTO, recruiting referral bonus program, practice development recognition program, new client incentive bonus program, tuition reimbursement, CPA exam bonus and pet insurance. You'll need strong recent Public Accounting tax experience across individual and business returns. CPA is not essential, but it would be a big plus. If you want the backing of a national firm without feeling like you work in one, this could be a very good move. If you're interested in this role, click apply and I'll be in touch.
