Our platform firm in West Palm Beach, Florida is looking to hire an experienced Tax Senior Associate to support and expand their growing tax practice. Overview The Tax Senior Associate plays a lead role in executing tax engagements, supervising staff, and coordinating day-to-day activities. This role requires strong technical skills, project management capability, and the ability to mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities Prepare & review federal and state tax returns, for C-Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships and Individual taxation Perform tax research, analyze findings, and resolve complex tax issues Coordinate daily engagement planning and scoping Review workpapers prepared by staff and provide constructive feedback Mentor and supervise tax associates Communicate effectively with managers and team members Skills Required Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent attention to detail and technical proficiency Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines Effective written and verbal communication skills Commitment to high-quality client service Qualifications 3-5 years of US tax returns experience CPA/EA preferred but not required In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws, including Corporate, S-Corporations, Partnership, Individual taxation Experience supporting tax teams Compensation & Benefits Compensation for this role is based on experience and is aligned with market rates.
