Mid-Level (3-6 years tax preparation experience) About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Senior Tax Associate to join our growing remote Tax Team. Reporting directly to the Tax Manager, this role is responsible for preparing a high volume of complex federal, state, and local tax returns across multiple entity types. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, communicates proactively, and is committed to delivering accurate, compliant work product. This position offers a strong pathway for growth and increased responsibility within the firm. Key Responsibilities Prepare complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable tax laws and internal quality standards Respond clearly and promptly to review notes and feedback provided by the Tax Manager Gather and organize client documents and data to support timely return preparation Research tax issues and apply current law to client-specific situations Identify potential tax-saving opportunities and escalate findings to the Tax Manager Support the Tax Manager in maintaining workflow schedules to meet filing deadlines Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior tax preparers as needed Stay current with tax law updates, regulatory changes, and firm procedures Participate in client communication as directed, providing clear and professional responses on tax matters Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax return preparation

• Required Active EA or CPA license
• Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Required Experience preparing returns in a high-volume firm setting
• Required Solid technical knowledge of federal and state tax code, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Required Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Required Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
• Required Clear written and verbal communication skills
