A Tax Specialist is responsible for documenting all stages of the accounting cycle in order to prepare Federal, State and local tax returns. Will review data prior to preparing the returns, prepare and file returns and will also provide background documentation in case of an audit.

THE ROLE
Davis, Brown & Company, PLLC is seeking an experienced CPA or EA to join our tax and accounting team. What You'll Do Prepare and review individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns Provide tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client base Assist with client accounting services Communicate directly with clients to gather information and resolve tax matters Research tax issues and stay current on federal and state tax law changes What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree and Active licensed CPA or EA (or candidate near completion of either credential) 3-5 years of recent public accounting experience
Required:

$89,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
