Position Overview As an Entry Level Debt Negotiator, your primary responsibility will be negotiating high-volume debt settlements with creditors, collection agencies, and other parties in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). You will work closely with clients to reduce their debt and help them achieve financial independence by securing favorable settlement agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate and execute settlement offers on behalf of clients to reduce outstanding debt with creditors. Communicate regularly with creditors, collection agencies, collection law firms, and debt buyers to establish and maintain effective relationships. Review and analyze client portfolios to develop the most efficient debt reduction strategies. Examine client bank account data to assess the amount of funds available for settlement offers. Meet and exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by management to ensure success and growth.
Qualifications:
Recent college graduate with a Bachelor's degree (Preferred). Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. High energy, competitive, and driven by results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to a fast paced work environment and handle high call volumes. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Competitive compensation structure:
Base pay of $18-20 per hour, with significant earning potential through monthly commissions. Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule (9 AM - 6 PM) or (8AM - 5 PM)
