In this role, you will work closely with our field supervisor to locate assigned collateral, document vehicle conditions, and assist with property and vehicle releases. We offer weekly pay, full-time day shifts, and bonus incentives for located collateral!
Key Responsibilities Field Surveillance & Spotting:
Drive designated routes using map-based apps to locate and update assigned collateral accounts.
VIN & Vehicle Verification:
Confirm VIN details and vehicle specifics prior to notifying recovery agents.
Condition Reporting & Documentation:
Perform on-site vehicle inspections, taking clear photographs and completing accurate condition reports.
Property & Vehicle Releases:
Occasionally meet clients or debtors on-site to facilitate the secure release of vehicles or personal property.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized spotter vehicle after each shift.
Qualifications & Requirements Driving & Criminal Record:
Clean criminal history and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Vehicle Knowledge:
Strong familiarity with car makes, models, and general automotive details.
Technology & Tools:
A modern smartphone (iPhone preferred) compatible with our field mapping and operational software.
Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully both verbally and in writing.
Local Geography:
Solid knowledge of local roads and geography to independently plan efficient routes.
Work Ethic:
Punctual, reliable, self-motivated, and capable of sitting or driving for extended periods.
Schedule & Compensation Job Type:
Full-time (8-hour day shifts)

Weekly pay structure
Supplemental Pay:
Commission and bonus incentives for located collateral
