Position Summary The Field Administrative Clerk is responsible for processing claims, tracking vehicle inventory and fuel logs, and completing additional administrative paperwork. Key Responsibilities Process and submit vehicle damage claims to the subrogation department Vend out-of-service vehicles to shops for repair In-fleet vehicles Help prepare auction loads, as needed Perform gasoline audits and tracking Perform additional responsibilities as assigned or required Qualifications Required Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle report Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Advanced organizational skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail Ability to solve problems with precision, speed, and a positive attitude Basic computer skills, including data entry, typing, and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel High school diploma or equivalent Management Responsibilities This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. This position reports to the Location Manager.
