What You'll Do Manage and review a broad range of complex tax engagements across individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts and estates Provide proactive tax planning, research and advisory support Identify tax issues, develop practical solutions and communicate recommendations clearly Manage IRS and state tax authority examinations Coordinate multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Collaborate with firm partners and maintain strong client relationships Lead, mentor and develop staff through coaching, delegation and feedback Contribute to process improvement and firm growth initiatives What We're Looking For 5+ years of public accounting tax experience CPA preferred; Enrolled Agent (EA) credential also considered Strong proficiency with CCH Axcess Tax, Engagement and Microsoft Excel Benefits Competitive compensation Medical, dental and vision insurance 401(k) plan with profit sharing Life and disability insurance Professional development and continuing education Pay Range is based on Experience $155K
