Our Client, a reputable CPA firm, is seeking an experienced CPA to lead complex tax engagements and play a meaningful role in the firm's continued growth. This position offers a clear path to Director and Partner for a tax professional ready to expand their leadership responsibilities.

ResponsibilitiesReview complex individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and other tax returnsProvide tax planning, research, and advisory services on federal, state, and local mattersManage client relationships and collaborate directly with firm partnersLead engagement workflow, deadlines, quality control, and deliverablesMentor, train, and provide technical guidance to tax staffIdentify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and client serviceQualificationsActive CPA license and bachelor's degree in Accounting8+ years of recent public accounting tax experience, including review and supervisory responsibilityExperience with complex individual, business, partnership, and fiduciary returnsStrong tax research, planning, leadership, and client-management skills
