We are currently seeking a dedicated team player with 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience to lead and oversee tax engagements for a diverse roster of clients.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, partnerships, trusts and estates Lead engagements throughout all phases of tax and accounting including research, projections, planning, compliance, and consulting Supervise and oversee tax staff Build new and existing client relationships
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience progressing in scope and responsibilities CPA license preferred, but not required Strong communication, organizational, analytical and PC skills including Microsoft Office and tax software proficiency (Lacerte software proficiency is a plus) Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with clients and all levels of staff and develop strong client relationships
