Full-Time | In-Person About the Role We are seeking an experienced Tax Senior or Tax Manager to join a growing public accounting firm in Naperville. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, handling complex tax matters, and taking on increasing responsibility. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals and closely held businesses Handle 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S, trust and estate returns Perform tax research, planning, projections, and compliance work Manage tax engagements from start to finish Review and oversee work performed by tax staff Communicate directly with clients and provide tax guidance Help develop and maintain strong client relationships Requirements 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Strong experience preparing/reviewing individual and business tax returns Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office CPA preferred, but not required Lacerte experience is a plus What's Offered Competitive compensation based on experience Full benefits package PTO and vacation Pension plan Strong work-life balance and limited overtime Flexible scheduling and summer half-day Fridays Long-term career advancement opportunities If you have strong public accounting tax experience and are ready to take the next step, we'd like to hear from you.Equal Opportunity Employer Pay:
