We are a well-established, full-service public accounting firm located in Naperville, IL, providing tax, accounting, audit, and business advisory services to closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals. We are currently seeking a dedicated team player with 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience to lead and oversee tax engagements for a diverse roster of clients.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, partnerships, trusts, and estates.

Lead engagements throughout all phases of tax and accounting, including research, projections, planning, compliance, and consulting.

Supervise and oversee tax staff.

Build and maintain new and existing client relationships.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting.5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience with increasing scope and responsibilities.

CPA license preferred, but not required.

Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and tax software. Lacerte experience is a plus.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with clients and all levels of staff, and develop strong client relationships.
