Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join a client-focused team in Princeton, New Jersey. This role supports high-net-worth individuals and related entities through sophisticated tax compliance, planning, and financial reporting work. The ideal candidate brings strong technical tax knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Manage the preparation and submission of annual tax filings for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, gift tax matters, and private foundations.

Serve as a trusted point of contact for questions related to assets, liabilities, tax consequences of transactions, risk considerations, and estate planning coordination alongside legal counsel.

Develop forward-looking tax strategies that align with each client's financial objectives, charitable goals, and estate planning priorities.

Partner with attorneys, employers, and other external advisors to address tax issues involving compensation, deferred income arrangements, equity awards, and related planning needs.

Produce or oversee recurring net worth statements, cash flow analyses, and customized financial reports using Excel and QuickBooks.

Support special client requests such as entity setup coordination, annual compliance-related filings, and transactions involving private foundation gifting.

Provide guidance on income tax exposure, residency and domicile considerations, charitable planning opportunities, and broader estate-related tax matters.
