full-time We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead US tax compliance, reporting, tax accounting, and planning activities for the organization. This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and external tax advisors to ensure compliance, optimize the company's tax position, and support accurate and timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead US tax compliance and reporting , ensuring timely and accurate filings across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with applicable US federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations . Manage and coordinate tax audits , including preparation of supporting documentation, responses to inquiries, and communication with tax authorities. Prepare and oversee quarterly and annual US income tax provisions in accordance with US GAAP. Forecast, analyze, and monitor quarterly effective tax rates , identifying key drivers and potential impacts for the US entity. Reconcile income tax accounts , review tax balances, and calculate required income tax payments. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of tax filings, provisions, payments, and correspondence with tax authorities. Ensure compliance with US and global transfer pricing regulations , including documentation and reporting requirements. Partner with internal stakeholders and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions to support tax compliance, reporting, and planning initiatives. Identify tax optimization opportunities , assess potential risks, and recommend strategies to improve the organization's overall tax position. Drive improvements to tax processes, controls, systems, and reporting to increase efficiency and accuracy. What You Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field ; CPA preferred. 7+ years of progressive US tax experience , including federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning. Strong experience managing and supervising external tax advisors, vendors, and consultants , preferably across multiple international jurisdictions. Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, income tax accounting/provisions, corporate tax compliance, and transfer pricing regulations . Proven ability to analyze complex tax matters and identify tax optimization and planning opportunities . Demonstrated experience improving tax processes, controls, and reporting . Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Accounting, and international teams.
