  • Full-time Integritas is recruiting candidates for a Tax Manager role to take full ownership of a growing individual tax practice, leading the preparation of roughly 250 returns annually while delivering an organized, accurate, and efficient client experience.
This role is built for a technically strong CPA or highly qualified EA who can operate independently, manage tax‑season workflow, handle client intake and delivery, and remove the production burden from advisors. As operations stabilize, the position will expand into tax‑planning integration, process improvement, and long‑term business growth. Compensation ranges from $75,000
  • 85,000 for EAs and $90,000
  • 110,000 for CPAs, with flexibility for exceptional candidates who bring planning, leadership, or business‑building upside.
