Full-Time Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Active CPA license required. Strong technical tax experience. Demonstrated leadership and management experience. Experience reviewing multiple types of tax returns. Strong tax research, planning, and projection experience. Experience training and developing staff. Strong client-facing and relationship management experience. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams. Strong understanding of professional services and client needs.Pay:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:
