York, PA (Hybrid/Remote) | Lancaster, PA |

Hanover, PA Remote:

Remote option available

Salary:

$90,000 - $130,000/year + Benefits We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join a growing public accounting firm in a partner-track opportunity . This role is ideal for a CPA with strong tax expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for client service and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and review complex federal and state tax returns (Individual, Partnership, Corporate, and Trust) Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services Lead client engagements and maintain strong client relationships Respond to IRS and state tax notices and resolve technical tax issues Mentor and develop junior staff Support business development initiatives and firm growth Stay current with tax law changes and ensure compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting Active CPA license required 5+ years of public accounting/tax experience Experience with complex tax return preparation and review Proficiency with CCH Axcess, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
