- 210,000
- with direct access to senior leadership, a named path to Partner, and a hybrid schedule out of Midtown Manhattan or Long Island.
- Own a diversified portfolio of business and individual clients across real estate, private equity, and retail, serving as their primary tax advisor year-round
- Review and approve complex federal, state, and local filings: Partnerships (Form 1065), S-Corps (Form 1120-S), C-Corps (Form 1120), and High-Net-Worth Individuals (Form 1040
- Supervise and mentor Senior Associates and Associates through structured, actionable feedback tied to their career milestones
- Conduct technical tax research on compliance issues, transaction structuring, and restructuring opportunities
- Represent clients and the firm directly with tax authorities to resolve multi-jurisdiction disputes
- Contribute to firm strategy and help shape internal training programs alongside a leadership team that promotes from withinWhat you need
- Active CPA license
- or all sections passed with licensure pending
- Substantial public accounting experience with strong command of entity taxation (partnerships, S-corps, C-corps) and individual compliance
- Demonstrated history of managing client engagements and supervising staff inside a public accounting firm
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills for direct client and partner-level interactionNice to have
- Industry experience in real estate, private equity, or retail
- Exposure to tax restructuring or transaction advisory work
- Track record of mentoring junior staff and building team capabilityPay and benefits

- $210,000 per year, scaled to experience and book of business
