Tax Manager - Real Flexibility, Great People, Top Clients This is a great opportunity to join a firm that works with clients you'd expect from a Top 20 firm, but with the big corporate culture. They've built a reputation for high-quality work and down-to-earth service, and their team reflects that too: friendly, experienced, and easy to work with. Staff retention is excellent. Schedules are flexible. In-person interaction is important to them so they ask people to be in the office 3 days per week and you'll have the option to work 2 days from home. With office locations in NYC and Jericho, you can be based on Long Island or in the City (or a mix of the two). It's a mid-sized firm with 100 people and growing in a smart, sustainable way. They're looking for a Tax Manager to step into a broad, generalist role. You'll handle tax compliance and planning for partnerships, individuals, and entities-no getting stuck in a niche here. You'll work across different industries and with several long-standing Partners, so things stay interesting. Once you've found your feet, you'll take the lead on managing and growing client relationships.
