They're looking at succession plans and it's your chance to take on a chunk of the client base, with a view to future Partnership. Heavy tax focus (1040, 1120, 1120s, 1065s). A good bit of Accounting work too. Quickbooks. Financial statement review. No Audit here. Nice, small team. Many have been with the firm for a long time. You'll likely have your CPA and experience with Lacerte would be a nice bonus, but not a pre-requisite. Here's the part most people get wrong: you don't need to tick every box to introduce yourself.
