Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and has a strong background in individual and real estate taxation. You'll lead engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff while contributing to strategic tax planning and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and review complex tax returns for High Net Worth individuals, partnerships, trusts, and real estate entities. Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services tailored to client needs. Lead client engagements and maintain strong relationships with clients and their advisors. Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants and senior associates. Stay current on tax law changes and communicate implications to clients and team members. Collaborate with partners on business development and firm growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

5+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on individual and real estate taxation. CPA license required BS in Accounting or Related field Strong technical knowledge of federal and California tax laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Benefits Base ($145,000-$185,000) + Bonus 401k Match Full Medical, Dental & Vision 3 weeks PTO, 10 Paid Holidays
