Job Description
We are a well-established CPA firm based in Oakland, specializing in serving High Net Worth individuals, family offices, and real estate investors and developers. With a reputation for personalized service and deep industry expertise, we pride ourselves on being trusted advisors to our clients, helping them navigate complex tax landscapes and build long-term financial success.
Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services tailored to client needs.
Lead client engagements and maintain strong relationships with clients and their advisors.
Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants and senior associates.
Stay current on tax law changes and communicate implications to clients and team members.
Collaborate with partners on business development and firm growth initiatives.
CPA license requiredBS in Accounting or Related fieldStrong technical knowledge of federal and California tax laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our growing team. Qualifications:
5+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on individual and real estate taxation.CPA license requiredBS in Accounting or Related fieldStrong technical knowledge of federal and California tax laws.
