Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tax Resolution Case Manager to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through complex tax resolution processes, analyzing financial data, and negotiating with tax authorities to achieve favorable outcomes. Your expertise in financial concepts, industry regulations, and customer support will empower clients to resolve their tax issues efficiently and confidently. Duties Manage a portfolio of tax resolution cases, including delinquent taxes, liens, levies, and installment agreements Prepare fairly complex personal and business tax returns from a variety of sources Conduct thorough credit analysis and review client financial documents to assess their ability to pay and determine appropriate resolution strategies Communicate effectively with clients via phone and written correspondence, providing clear guidance on the resolution process Negotiate with tax agencies on behalf of clients to settle debts, establish payment plans, or secure penalty abatements Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track case progress and document client interactions accurately Analyze financial data using Excel and other accounting software to identify discrepancies and develop tailored solutions Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, banking regulations, and industry standards throughout the resolution process Requirements Must possess a CPA license, Attorney license or an Enrolled Agent license Strong knowledge of personal financial statements and the ability to create personal and business financial budgets Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to conduct engaging sales calls and client consultations Familiarity with industry-specific financial analysis Ability to analyze complex financial information accurately while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling multiple cases simultaneously Join us if you're eager to make a meaningful impact by helping clients resolve their tax issues through expert analysis, strategic negotiation, and dedicated customer service. $25.31 - $31.25 per hour
