Job Description

Director, International Tax Position Summary Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Tax, the Director, International Tax will lead the Company's international tax function, including international tax planning, transfer pricing, global tax compliance oversight, tax risk management, and support for global business operations. This role will serve as the primary advisor on international tax matters and partner closely with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Accounting, and business leadership to support the Company's global growth and tax strategy. The position will also provide leadership to international tax personnel and manage relationships with external tax advisors. Key Responsibilities International Tax Planning & Advisory Lead international tax planning initiatives to optimize the Company's global tax profile and cash tax position. Advise business and finance leaders on tax matters related to global operations, intercompany transactions, supply chain changes, financing arrangements, and legal entity structures. Support global cash repatriation and funding strategies. Transfer Pricing Own and manage the Company's global transfer pricing strategy, including documentation, intercompany agreements and policy implementation. Coordinate with external advisors to ensure compliance with OECD and local country requirements. Support transfer pricing audits and controversy matters. Global Tax Compliance & Risk Management Oversee international tax compliance activities performed by internal personnel and external service providers, ensuring timely and accurate filing positions across global jurisdictions. Lead responses to foreign tax audits and inquiries. Identify and mitigate international tax risks while maintaining strong internal controls. OECD Pillar Two & International Tax Developments Lead the Company's assessment and implementation of OECD Pillar Two requirements. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and outside advisors to support reporting and compliance processes. Monitor international tax developments and communicate impacts to management. Tax Accounting Support Partner with the Domestic Tax Director on international aspects of the ASC 740 tax provision. Provide technical expertise related to GILTI, Subpart F, foreign tax credits, withholding taxes, transfer pricing, and other international tax matters. Support analysis of effective tax rate impacts and uncertain tax positions. Leadership Provide leadership and direction for the Company's international tax function, including oversight of internal resources and external advisors. Lead and develop junior team members Manage relationships with external advisors and service providers. Build strong cross-functional partnerships throughout the organization. Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field. CPA, MST, JD, or LLM (Taxation) preferred. 10+ years of progressive international tax experience in a multinational corporation and/or Big Four public accounting firm.
Strong knowledge of:
U.S. international tax rules (GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, FTCs) Transfer pricing and OECD principles Cross-border tax planning OECD Pillar Two International tax compliance and controversy Demonstrated leadership and project management experience.
