We are a well-established financial services and tax advisory firm seeking an experienced seasonal part-time Tax Preparer to assist with personal tax returns during the upcoming tax season. There is some flexibility available to help fit your schedule. We are seeking an experienced Tax Preparer to join our team on a part-time contract basis during tax season, from January through April . The majority of the work will involve preparing individual income tax returns, with a smaller number of trust returns. This position does not primarily involve corporate or business tax returns. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of tax preparation experience Experience preparing individual income tax returns Ability to accurately and efficiently prepare tax returns Familiarity with trust returns a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet tax-season deadlines Professional communication and client-service skills Position Details Salary commensurate with experience Part-time, seasonal schedule from January through April Contract position Primarily individual tax returns, with some trust returns No corporate or business return preparation required Recurring opportunity: We are looking for someone interested in returning for future tax seasons If you are an experienced tax preparer looking for a seasonal position with the opportunity to return year after year, we would like to hear from you.
