What You'll Do Prepare and review individual, corporate, and trust tax returns Finalize returns with a sharp eye for accuracy and detail Work directly with clients to gather information, answer questions, and provide a great client experience Collaborate with fellow preparers and support staff as part of a true team environment Take on a caseload that reflects your experience — you'll be trusted to run with it What We're Looking For Minimum 5 full tax seasons of hands-on tax preparation experience Demonstrated experience preparing personal, corporate, and trust returns Experience reviewing and finalizing returns prepared by others Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thorough — nothing slips through the cracks on your desk A team player who works well both with colleagues and directly with clients Comfortable working independently and managing your own workflow CPA not required — we value real-world experience just as highly as credentials, and substantial years of experience can absolutely take the place of a CPA designation Schedule Full-time, in-office during tax season (standard extended busy-season hours) At least part-time in-office during the off-season We know balance matters — flexibility is built into how we work, without the micromanagement Why You'll Love Working Here A genuinely experienced team.
