The Tax Assistant position is an administrative role that supports the tax department.- Tax Assistants do not prepare financial statements or tax returns.

Requirements:
Tax Assistants have a positive attitude and customer service mindset with a strong work ethic. The skill to switch back and forth between tasks based on their importance and urgency. Basic computer skills such as keyboarding and email etiquette. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software including Adobe with the ability to quickly learn the organization's software systems. A team player who works hard to achieve good results in the tasks they have been given. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software including Adobe. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with great follow up. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the skill to prioritize tasks efficiently. Capacity to work on assigned tasks independently or with little supervision. The ability to accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small. Capacity to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Coachable mindset and student mentality. Access to the following equipment to perform the required work duties. A computer, laptop, monitor, tablet and/or smart phone. Internet- a minimum of 50 Mbps internet service with a recommended speed of 100 Mbps for optimal performance.
