Job Overview Our Irvine-based CPA firm, with over 32 years of experience specializing in complex individual and business tax returns, is seeking experienced, detail-oriented Seasonal Tax Preparers to support our team during peak periods.

Tax Season Periods:

February 1 through April 30 August through October 31 (may extend for year-end tax planning needs)

Requirements:

Preferably a semi-retired

CPA/ EA OR

tax professional with 5-7 years of tax preparation experience (required) Ability to independently prepare individual and business tax returns, ready for final review Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail Proficiency in QuickBooks and UltraTax (preferred) Solid understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations Excellent communication and client service skills

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely individual, business, and corporate tax returns Communicate with clients to obtain missing information and address basic tax inquiries Collaborate with team members on technical matters and ensure compliance with professional standards Manage multiple engagements efficiently in a fast-paced environment
