BHC Consulting Services LLC is looking for ethical, responsible, professional, and motivated Tax Preparers to join our team for the upcoming tax season. Training will be provided, including guidance on tax preparation procedures and applicable IRS rules and requirements. Previous tax preparation experience is a plus, but qualified applicants who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Prepare individual and applicable business tax returns accurately and professionally. Follow applicable IRS rules, regulations, and tax-preparation procedures. Collect and review client tax information and supporting documents. Maintain confidentiality of client information. Communicate professionally with clients. Identify missing or inconsistent information and request clarification when necessary. Complete tax returns accurately and within required deadlines. Follow BHC Consulting Services LLC policies and procedures. Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times. Qualifications Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility. Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Ability to learn and follow IRS requirements. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole is strongly preferred. Previous tax preparation experience is a plus, but not required. Must be willing to complete required training.
