Join Royal Financial Consulting LLC We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Tax Preparer to join our team. No experience is needed free training is provided. We are seeking Tax Preparers to join our team for the upcoming tax season. No prior experience is required we provide all the training, tools, and support you need to succeed. Responsibilities Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses. Review financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide tax planning strategies to help minimize liabilities. Stay up to date with tax law changes. Use accounting/tax software for efficient processing. Communicate effectively with clients, gather required documentation, and answer inquiries. Perform quality checks on completed returns before submission. Skills Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting, and tax preparation (preferred). Experience with bookkeeping or public accounting is a plus but not required. Familiarity with accounting software. Excellent math and data entry accuracy (10-key skills helpful). Analytical abilities and attention to detail. Customer service and sales skills to build and maintain client relationships Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable with computers, online tools, and software. Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn. Motivated, reliable, and performance-driven. Background in sales, bookkeeping, or accounting is a plus but not required .
