Checking behind teams of cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed per the scope of work . Serving as a reliable Custodial Lead by supporting team members and completing duties assigned by your supervisor . What You Bring To The Team 1-3 years of experience as a Janitorial Lead Cleaner , Custodial Lead , or senior cleaner . Physical stamina to lift 35 lbs. repetitively throughout your shift .
