What You'll Do Assist members with financial transactions in person, by telephone, or by mail. Including processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, posting payments, check cashing, pinning ATM and Debit cards, and ordering checks. Responsible for managing cash, including counting cash back to members, tracking funds by money type, and balancing daily. Deliver solutions to members with empathy, explaining products and services, and referring them to the appropriate branch rep and/or support department for additional follow up. Identify referral and cross-sell opportunities expanding the member relationship based on account history and needs, including reviewing promotional offers and marketing campaigns. What We're Seeking Previous cash handling and customer service experience required, 6 months + Experience handling large amounts of cash, including balancing totals and resolving discrepancies. Someone with a professional, friendly, and positive outlook. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. What Will Make You Stand Out Dependability, flexibility, and dedication to service. Fluency in Spanish, specifically with financial terminology. A desire to work with organizations seeking to improve the lives of people in your community.
