full-time Responsible for performing a variety of Bookkeeping and Teller transactions for customers in a professional, timely and efficient manner and according to established bank policies and procedures. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Provide personalized banking services by performing all teller functions as well as the opening and servicing of deposit accounts. Processes customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism, while keeping a high level of customer service. Balances a teller drawer daily, balances the vault, coin machine, and ATM. Responsible for the completion of batching and scanning of teller work through the Teller Capture System. Answers calls, takes messages, provides customers with accurate information. Answers inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account transactions while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations, and consumer privacy policies. Open new accounts including checking, savings, and certificate of deposit (CDs). Skills & Attributes High school diploma or equivalent. Previous banking, cash handling, and teller experience preferred. Self-motivation and attention to details. High level of accuracy and timeliness Ability to multi-task and organize priorities.
