Duties:

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using multiple therapeutic modalities, such as dance therapy, art therapy, and psychopharmacology. Provide counseling and support to individuals with chronic pain, special needs, and gender issues. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Conduct clinical research studies related to mental health and therapy. - Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Qualifications:

Licensed or able to complete licensing requirements to provide outpatient mental health services in the state of Iowa. Graduate-level degree in Master in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), Psychology (Ph.D.), or Master of Social Work (MSW) Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). Proven experience in conducting mental health assessments and providing counseling services Strong knowledge of evidence-based counseling modalities and interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team Empathy, compassion, and confidence in dealing with clients in distress Proficient computer skills and familiarity with electronic health record systems Individuals with temporary licensing credentials (TLMHC, TLMFT, or LMSW ) and new/upcoming graduates pending licensure are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:
