Quincy Credit Union is currently seeking a personable, patient, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time teller. As a teller, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with a wide range of financial transactions.

Responsibilities:
Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by greeting members warmly, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner. Educate members on various credit union products and services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, and electronic banking options. Maintain a neat and organized workstation, adhering to all security and compliance procedures. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
