Teller Services Representative Make a Difference with Every Member Interaction As a Teller Services Representative, you'll be the face of IC Credit Union, creating exceptional experiences for members while providing accurate, efficient financial services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and contributing to a team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional, and accurate service to members during every interaction. Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and cash exchanges. Maintain and balance a cash drawer while following all cash-handling and security procedures. Assist members with account inquiries and resolve routine service issues. Promote and educate members on Credit Union products, services, and digital banking tools. Support branch operations through administrative tasks, record maintenance, and document processing. Adhere to all regulatory requirements, policies, security standards, and fraud prevention procedures. Represent IC Credit Union's mission, values, and commitment to member service in every interaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in cash handling, retail, banking, sales, or another service-focused role preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
