Our Freeport branch is looking for a full-time teller that will work approximately 40 hours per week and will have direct contact with customers. All employees are expected to provide Exceptional Service in a prompt and professional manner. As a Teller, you will warmly welcome customers and deliver a positive, customer‑focused experience by upholding the Bank's Principles of Exceptional Service. In this role, you will build rapport with customers while efficiently and accurately handling their transactional needs. You will interact directly with the public, always providing prompt and professional assistance. Professionalism includes maintaining a pleasant and courteous demeanor, conducting yourself in a business‑like manner, fostering strong working relationships with co-workers and presenting yourself in attire appropriate for the workplace. Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent. Recent experience in a teller role, cash handling, or sales is a plus. A natural comfort with customers and a passion for delivering exceptional service that reflects our Bank's Exceptional Service Principles. A team-first mindset with a positive attitude - you enjoy working with others and contribute to a supportive and harmonious work environment. Professionalism in how you present yourself, along with reliability and a strong commitment to reporting to work on time. The ability to stay calm, composed, and courteous in any situation. Confidence in reading and writing English, and the ability to follow instructions with ease. A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills—you take pride in getting things right. Basic computer skills and comfort using technology. Solid math skills to handle transactions accurately. Reliable transportation to and from your assigned branch location.
