We're seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals for a summer role providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them meet their financial needs. You'll be involved with responsibilities including resolving customer questions, processing transactions, identifying opportunities to refer customers to other lines of business, and enhancing customers' relationships with the Bank. We have positions open in the following locations:

Seasonal Teller:

North Conway, NH Customer Care Center Specialist:

Norway Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent work experience Cash handling experience preferred Basic computer fluency Top-notch verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances Self-motivated and driven with exemplary engagement Willingness to accept direction/instruction and work well within a team of professionals Exceptional internal and external customer service with demonstrated relationship-building skills

Additional Requirements:

Saturday morning availability required Dependable transportation Commitment to be available for summer dates ranging from May - end of August.

Working Conditions:

Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards. Physical effort required; lifting up to 35 lbs.; reaching, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling; standing for extended periods of time; freedom of movement on a regular basis; handling of materials and supplies. •External and internal applicants, as well as position incumbents who are or who become disabled as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act must be able to perform the essential job functions (as listed) either unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation to be determined by management on a case by case basis.•Norway Savings Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
