Impact is looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Teller. This position will be responsible for providing a variety of member service functions. This position will report directly to the Office Manager and involves working directly with Impact Credit Union member and potential members. Opportunity for advancement and on the job training will be available for all employees. As a Teller you will… Accept checks, cash and other forms of payment from customers Answer questions from customers about their accounts Prepare specialized types of fund, such as cashier's checks, savings bonds and money orders Exchange dollars for foreign currency Order bank cards and checks for customers Record all transactions electronically throughout their shift Balance their cash drawers at the beginning and end of their shift

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; plus six to twelve months related experience and/or training Exceptional reasoning skills, communication skills and mathematical skills Experience with financial institution processing systems Ability to stand for long periods, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as well as lift up to 50lbs Impact Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a drug and alcohol free workplace and offers a fun work environment and competitive benefits package.
