These open positions are in both
Findlay, OH General Summary:
Provides outstanding Member Service by accurately assisting credit union Members with their everyday banking needs, including basic deposit/withdrawal/transfer transactions, researching and answering account-related inquiries, identifying helpful savings and lending products for the Member, and championing Member onboarding and retention. Delivers all with a friendly attitude and contributes to a positive work environment for the overall team.
Essential Functions:

Represent the credit union to the members in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of member requests. 2. Provide in person and electronic or telephonic, general and specific service-related information concerning credit union services or policies. 3. Cross-sells all credit union products and services based on member needs. 4. Balance drawer daily. 5. Respond to members' requests, problems and complaints empathetically resolving issues, and/or consults the proper person for specific information and assistance and follows up with members. 6. Assist other service representative personnel to serve members promptly whenever need arises. 7. Accurately and effectively complete member onboarding and retention. 8. Assist members with the proper completion of all relevant forms. 9. Support and contribute to all functions of the frontline operations.

Qualification Requirements:

Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent
