Champion Credit Union is seeking a friendly and professional Member Services Representative to provide exceptional service to our members. This position is responsible for opening new accounts, processing financial transactions, assisting with account maintenance, and educating members on credit union products and services. The ideal candidate has strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Previous banking, credit union, retail, or cash-handling experience is preferred but not required.
