Identify opportunities to refer bank products through needs-based conversations. Resolves customer inquiries using problem solving skills while adhering to bank procedures. Desired Qualifications Previous teller or cash-handling experience preferred but not required. Comfortable assisting customers while maintaining a professional demeanor Experience and enthusiasm for customer service Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and listening proficiency Strong attention to detail and accuracy
