Assist with transfers, ambulation, gait belts, and Hoyer lifts when needed. Provide companionship and emotional support. Support clients living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. Perform light housekeeping and laundry. Accompany clients to appointments and errands. Monitor client condition and report changes to office staff. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment. Follow individualized care plans and company policies. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of professional Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, or Home Care experience Experience working with seniors preferred Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude Ability to lift 50 pounds or more Ability to pass a criminal background check Must provide TB test results or chest X-ray within 10 days of hire Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
